We can form a private limited company for a fixed fee of £250 + VAT which includes registering the company with a name of your choice (assuming it's available) producing the memorandum & Articles of Association, issuing the share capital, appointing the officers and registering the company for VAT.
We are registered with Companies House for electronic filing, so we can file 363a annual returns, 288a's, 288b's and 288c's by internet lodgement (using Digita CoSec Pro); which makes for a more efficient and speedy turnaround.
